Yes, the app needs to be active to track your run using GPS. You can minimize it, but do not close it completely during your run.

Currently, you can have one active goal at a time. You can save multiple goals and switch between them, but only one will track your progress actively.
GPS accuracy depends on your device, signal strength, and environmental factors. We recommend running in open areas with clear sky visibility for best results.
No, Run to Canada requires GPS tracking to measure distance, which does not work indoors on a treadmill.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You need an internet connection for initial setup and to load maps/routes. However, once a route is loaded, basic GPS tracking can work offline. Route calculations and milestone unlocking require internet.
Yes! Your data automatically syncs across all devices where you're signed in with the same account.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store:
iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Run to Canada → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Run to Canada → Cancel
